The subject property is comprised of a one-story 17,400+/- square foot concrete office building on a 5 acre parcel. The current site layout provides 80 open parking spaces with a right-in right-out access on W 13th Street / US-441. There are two (2) portable modular buildings in the rear of the property that have been used primarily for storage.
